Earlier this morning (Friday, June 9, 2017), Server Support detected that one of the domains that a portion of BYO’s hosting services utilizes for specific app functionality was compromised, and unable to provide service. That in turn affected the ability for both the BYOChannel and Rick Dees Hit Music apps to launch for some registered Users in various regions across the United States.

The issue has been resolved! Now we are waiting for the app update to be available in both Apple’s App Store and in Google Play.
